Special guest Monsieur Ludwig Vanneron has consulted to the elite of Bordeaux’s finest châteaux for over two decades before launching LVCA with his partner/vintner Chase Arquette.
He is passionate about producing wines of exceptional quality, making New Zealand’s most compelling blends (cabernet sauvignon, cab franc, merlot, malbec) in true Bordeaux style. The wines capture the traditions of a first growth, with the infinite potential of Hawke’s Bay.
Chef James Honore’s sublime menu will match perfectly to a range of LVCA wines including Le Galant 2018, Le Charmant 2018, Petite Frere 2018, and Petite Soeur 2020 (chardonnay).
