Kauri Cliffs introduces Summer Grill

New dining option designed to offer alternative dining experience to guests and families

The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs will introduce a casual dining option this summer for guests wishing to make the most of the sub-tropical climate and outside dining.

The Kauri Cliffs Summer Grill will offer guests locally-sourced meat and fish, cooked to order on an outside grill, as well as a selection of fresh, delicious salads, summer vegetables and desserts that will change daily. The menu will also include wood-fired pizzas and a selection of entrees.

Designed for families and those who would like a break from fine dining, the Summer Grill will run downstairs outside the 19th Tee each night of the excluding Wednesdays and Fridays.

Guests will be able to dine outside or in the 19th Tee, and play games of putt putt, croquet, and corn hole. Outside dining will be weather dependent.

The Summer Grill will run from 5pm-8pm between December 15, 2018 and March 31, 2019. Gentlemen will not be required to wear jackets.

Kauri Cliffs traditional fine dining menu, including pre-dinner drinks and canapes, and either a la carte or tasting menu dinner, will still be available in the lodge’s Main Dining Room. Gentleman will be required to wear a jacket.
